In Wishing Well, organic forms drift and overlap in a composition that feels both grounded and quietly dreamlike. Designed as the companion piece to Wishing Well, the work continues its language of intention and possibility, but with a quieter, more spacious energy. Deep charcoal creates a dramatic backdrop for softened shapes in olive, earthy aubergine and warm ivory, while sweeping lines move across the canvas like pathways, threads or thoughts in motion.

There is something introspective about the work, a sense of looking inward, making a wish and releasing it without knowing exactly where it might lead. The rounded forms feel almost like stones gathered around a well: individual fragments held together within a larger whole. Its simplicity invites interpretation, allowing the viewer to bring their own meaning to the space between the shapes.
