Shipping policy
We endeavour to work with courier companies that can deliver the most cost-effective and optimal delivery times to suit your needs. There are some times when we are not able to control these expected timeframes due to seasonal demands or other ad-hoc events or out of stock items. Should any of these factors occur and we foresee this may affect delivery times we will immediately contact you upon receipt of your order notification to inform you and will work with you on an agreed solution.
Please note that our courier companies do not deliver to PO Box of Private bag addresses.
Freight charges:
We make every attempt to negotiate competitive rates and services with the courier companies we work with.
We apply a track and signature service to all our deliveries. Should you require “express” or other courier related services please contact us and let us know prior to completing your order (at check out) and we can arrange a quote accordingly so it can be factored into your final order.
For all International orders, please see below as a guideline only;
Australia - up to $30.00 as a guideline rate. We will contact you immediately via email if there are additional freight charges based on the size and weight of your overall order.
Estimated delivery time of between 4-7 business days (once your order is dispatched).
International - We will contact you immediately via email if there are additional freight charges based on the size and weight of your overall order.
Timeframes for delivery will be communicated once we finalise your order, prior to order fulfilment.
International customs clearance - please note that there may be additional delays in the event that your order is screened at customs. Items shipped across international borders are subject to international standards and customs clearance. In most countries, the customs department is responsible for monitoring international borders and implementing its country's regulations. While present in all countries, customs regulations and requirements vary from country to country. Please ensure you understand the terms of customs clearance in your country and are aware of the relevant charges where applicable.
Art Boss Art will not bear any liability with relation to the individual countries customs clearances, process, charges and taxes.

Special request’s / urgent delivery:
Should you require special delivery / urgent delivery (outside of our standard delivery time frames below as estimated) please contact us so we can discuss options with you.
If you have a cut-off date by which you need your order please contact us.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
We have prepared an estimated delivery timeframe schedule for your reference as a guideline. This timeframe is effective once you receive a notification that your order has been dispatched (collected and on its way with our courier). These times are subject to severe weather conditions, road/rail closures and industrial action, or any other factor out of our control.
North Island - 3 to 6 days excl weekends and Public Holidays.
South Island - 3 to 6 days excl weekends and Public Holidays.
Rural - Add 3 extra days.
Damaged goods received:
We take great care in ensuring your art purchases are packaged and protected as carefully as possible during shipping. Prior to receipt from the courier and before signing for your delivery please check the item(s) and advise us immediately by email or phone if there is a problem. Depending on the severity of the damage upon receipt you should also refuse to accept the package from the courier.
Art Boss Art Limited takes great care in applying protective packaging for the safe transit of your purchase.
Unfortunately from time to time, this may not be enough to prevent damage during shipping. You may want to take note of the below steps prior to receipt of your delivery;
If there is visible damage to the outer packaging please open and inspect the contents to see if the product is affected. Please call us immediately to notify and before the courier departs.
We will provide you with advice on what to do with the damaged goods and its packaging. Please refer to our refund policy
All damage claims must be made immediately or within 7 calendar days on receipt of delivery.
