Refunds & Returns Policy - Australia & NZ

At Art Boss Art Limited, we take great pride in the quality of our artwork and the care we take in packaging and shipping. However, if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
🕒 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If you’d like to request a return, please contact us within that timeframe.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition — unused, unframed (if applicable), and in original packaging.

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Returns must be initiated by emailing us first — items sent back without contacting us will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:

Custom or commissioned artwork

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We care deeply about presentation and packaging — but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know immediately upon delivery.
Email photos of the issue and your order number to info@artboss.art, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. The item must meet the same condition requirements noted above.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: banks and credit card providers may take a few extra days to process the funds.

🌍 International Returns Policy (Outside NZ & Australia)
We want you to love your Art Boss Art piece — wherever you are in the world.
However, due to the bespoke nature of our artwork and the complexity of international shipping, our returns policy for customers outside of New Zealand and Australia is outlined below.
🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns for damaged or defective items only.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of any damage or issue.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted for international orders.
📦 Return Conditions

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll process a refund or replacement within 7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
