OUR TOUR DE FORCE
THE FUTURE WE’RE BUILDING - AND WHY IT MATTERS
More than anything, this is about helping build a future grounded in thoughtful production, creative independence, and long-term sustainable growth - creating stronger foundations for artists, makers, meaningful partnerships, and a more connected creative economy.
This next phase supports growth already happening across:
- Retail partnerships
(Global Culture/Simply NZ, RealNZ, The Gold Nugget, Lyttel Kiwi, Ocean Paua, The Old Schoolhouse/Cardrona Hotel, Paper Plus Wanaka, The Beehive Collective, Baby On The Move, Comber & Comber and more) - New product collections
- Boutique manufacturing and creative collaborations
- Interior design studio partnerships
- Wholesale expansion
- Publishing and product development
- Online growth across New Zealand and Australia
OUR 2026 ROADMAP
MAY–JUNE 2026
- Finalise the core product range for Global Culture stores, including custom displays, packaging, pricing, and supplier sourcing.
- Begin wider retailer conversations, distribute samples for market testing, secure additional stockists for summer placement, and prepare the next-door studio expansion for incoming stock and production machinery.
JULY 2026
- Continue product sampling, photography, wholesale systems, and scalable production planning.
- Lock in manufacturing timelines, confirm first production runs, and begin presenting the collection to retailers for pre-summer ordering.
- The studio build and sampling space for tourism and art products continues to develop.
AUGUST 2026
- Final approvals on all products and packaging.
- Secure wholesale summer orders, confirm delivery schedules, and continue building content, photography, and promotional campaigns ahead of launch.
SEPTEMBER 2026
- Production completed for products and custom display stands, with freight and logistics finalised.
- Prepare inventory systems, wholesale dispatch planning, and online launch strategy as retailers confirm shelf space and summer rollout schedules.
OCTOBER 2026
- Official market launch.
- Finalised collections arrive in stores and online, with focus shifting toward summer momentum, restocking opportunities, and expanding long-term retailer relationships heading into the holiday season.
LONG-TERM GOALS
Expanding into the Australian market is something we’re incredibly excited about - especially for all our Kiwi brothers and sisters across the Tasman already connecting with what we’re creating.
Our online sales have already shown us there’s a strong Kiwi audience in Australia craving a sense of home through humour, nostalgia, design, and modern Kiwiana. That feeling matters deeply to us.
As international shipping costs continue to rise, we know the future lies in building relationships on the ground in Australia - creating smarter ways to print, distribute, and deliver products closer to the people who love them.
It’s a puzzle we’re excited to solve over the coming years.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
If you’d love to be part of helping shape where this goes next, we’d seriously love to have you involved.
Please share our story with friends, family, colleagues, Kiwi-Australians abroad, or anyone who would love to support independent New Zealand creativity (and get a cool t-shirt in the process).
Every share, purchase, and conversation helps us grow this vision - and we can not wait to share the ideas, behind-the-scenes moments, updates, and future collections with you as this evolves.
