We take care to represent our artwork accurately, but colours and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen or device. Product availability, pricing, and design are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any orders at our sole discretion.
3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer. All orders must be paid in full prior to production or shipping. Please review your order carefully, as we may not be able to alter it once processed.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy.
4. Pricing & Billing
Prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated and may exclude applicable taxes, shipping, or customs charges. Promotions and discounts may have separate terms. You agree to provide complete and current billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We work with reliable carriers to ensure prompt delivery, but we cannot be responsible for delays once an item is dispatched. Title and risk transfer to you once the product is handed to the courier.

Art Boss Art operates independently but is powered by Shopify for ecommerce functionality. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases or any related services provided by Art Boss Art.
