Where the moons shimmer hits the oceans skin, the flicker of light will show you the illuminated path to Delphines heart, her breath echos into the depths of the oceans, Representing the power of the most precious substance on earth, Delphine is a priestess of water, the ocean tides ripple through her every vein, her beating heart sounds to the sentient creatures of the sea.  She holds the power to move bodies of water, to be as calm and still as a lake or as bold and turbulent as an ocean.  She sits and observes the ebb and flow of life and watches the tides of time.
